and the World
—The
Essential Guide to Women's Circles

less than the visionary possibility that women's circles can accelerate

conflicts, Bolen provides the tools and inspiration for women to create
new circles or deepen and transform existing circles into vehicles
of societal and Circles as Vessels of Healing and Transformation psycho-spiritual

URGENT MESSAGE
FROM MOTHER:
Gather the Women, Save the World
by Jean Shinoda Bolen
"Gather the Women, Save the World" is
a message from Mother Earth, Mother Goddess, Mother archetype. The

that is needed. This is a call from the Sacred Feminine to bring the
feminine principle which most women and some men embody into consciousness
and culture. When there is a critical mass and the tipping point is
reached, gender balance ends patriarchy, and peace becomes possible.

Great Silent
Grandmother Gathering

At first the women stand alone, "not speaking, not looking at squirrels, not munching on coconut candy -- in actual point of fact, not anything at all." But soon they are joined by other women, then many other women. Their simple act of gathering has the power to transform the world. Together, these women discover that great things are possible -- even, and especially, peace.

INTO THE CIRCLE

Justine Toms interviews Jean Shinoda Bolen
Circles are fertile ground for changing our hierarchical, patriarchal culture to one of communication, support, and growth. A circle may be a dialogue group, prayer or meditation group, support or project group, but whatever the agenda, its members can create "soul connections" for each other that become "agents of sociological change." Explore the potentials and possibilities of circles, their history, their structure, their ultimate purpose and significance when members uncover "reciprocal revelations" that lead to "sacred dimensions" of their voices and their souls.

Visualizing
Alternative Structures: Transforming Hierarchy to Interactivity
This online video, written and produced by Dr. E. Margaret
Fulton, presents a dynamic 3D animation that visually demonstrates
how our society and consciousness is changing from a vertical, hierarchical
model to one that is more creative and better fills the needs of a
pluralistic society. It visually represents alternative structures
to patriarchy and challenges the limitations this linear, vertical
structure presents. As we listen to Fulton's narrative we are treated
to a brilliantly conceived visual interpretation of her ideas.
